QUALITY, LABORATORY CERTIFICATION<\/h3>\n

SONATS is both ISO9001 and EN9100 certified<\/strong>. All analyses are performed according to the current standards in force and according to the recommendations of international standards:<\/p>\n

– Residual stress measurements by X-ray diffraction: \u00a0NF EN 15 305<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Residual stress measurements by incremental hole drilling strain gauge method:\u00a0ASTM E837<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Materials analysis:\u00a0Standard according to methods<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Dimensional control:\u00a0Standard according to methods<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]The laboratory is qualified by the SAFRAN aeronautical group to carry out residual stress measurements using X-ray diffraction. The measurement devices are checked before each series of measurements on qualified reference samples via inter-laboratory comparisons with other French and European laboratories.
